Questions
All questions
How long is the pirate boat trip?
About 6 hours. It starts in the morning with the pickup at your hotel and finishes in the afternoon with the drive back. The kids' pirate programme is about 6 hours as well.
What time will you pick us up?
There is no single time for everyone: it hangs on your hotel's position. Expect a call or WhatsApp from us on the day before you sail, with your time and the spot to wait at.
Is lunch included?
Yes, on both days. The pirate boat trip serves lunch with kid-friendly favourites; the kids' programme serves spaghetti, chicken fingers and fish fingers. Extra drinks are not in either fare.
What is included in the pirate boat trip?
Your ride from the hotel and home again in an air-conditioned vehicle, the pirate-themed cruise along the coast, pirate costumes for the children, the treasure hunt and games on board, and lunch.
What do children pay on the pirate boat trip?
Children aged 2 to 10 pay €14. Everyone aged 11 and over pays €20. Children under 2 come free.
How does the fare work on the kids' programme?
One fare for everyone: every guest aged 2 and over pays €23, parents included. There is no separate child price on this day. Under 2, guests come free.
What is the difference between the two pirate days?
The pirate boat trip cruises the coast with costumes, a treasure hunt, swim stops and lunch, and has a child fare. The kids' pirate programme sails at 10:00 down the river to a swim at the river mouth, with face painting, pirate games, a kids' lunch and a foam party, at one fare for all. See which to choose.
When does the kids' programme sail?
The ship leaves the Side departure dock at 10:00. Your hotel transfer is timed around that and confirmed the day before. The pirate boat trip runs from morning to afternoon, and your pickup time comes the day before.
Can we swim?
Yes. The pirate boat trip makes swim stops in the clear Mediterranean along the coast. On the kids' programme the swim break is at the river mouth, where fresh river water meets the sea. Parents are welcome in the water with their children.
Is there a foam party?
On the kids' programme, yes: a foam party on deck with music, the Halay and children's dances. Put the children in swimwear for it.
Do the children get costumes?
On the pirate boat trip each child is handed a pirate costume on boarding; costumes from home are fine too. On the kids' programme the animation team paint the children's faces for free.
What should we bring?
Swimwear and a towel, strong sunscreen and a hat for each of you, and a phone or camera. Keep a little cash in euros for extra drinks or tips.
Can we bring a baby?
Yes. Children under 2 come free on both pirate days. If you have a question about your little one, send it to us on WhatsApp before you book.
What is not included?
On the pirate boat trip: extra drinks, personal spending and tips. On the kids' programme: drinks from the bar, snacks beyond the lunch menu, and the professional photos and video. We publish no price for any of them.
Where do you collect from?
Any hotel along the Side belt — Gündoğdu, Çolaklı, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Side, Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç, Kızılot — plus Manavgat town, with the transfer included in the fare. See the pickup page.
We are staying in Alanya, Belek or Antalya. Can you collect us?
The standard pickup does not reach that far. Drop us a request with your hotel and date, and we will see what can be arranged.
How do I pay?
In euros, on the trip day itself. Booking takes no money online and asks for no card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling is free as long as you let us know 48 hours or more ahead — just message us on WhatsApp or answer your confirmation.
Is insurance included?
On the kids' pirate programme, travel insurance for every guest for the trip is in the fare. For the pirate boat trip, ask us before you book.
Who runs the boat?
A licensed captain and a certified crew. Parents stay with their children throughout the day, and anyone with a health concern or a tendency to seasickness should tell us before booking — we make no medical promises, and the crew decide on the day.
How many people fit in one booking?
Up to 20 guests. Bigger family or group? Drop us a request and we will sort it out together.
Do I get a confirmation?
Straight away, on screen, along with a booking reference; add an e-mail address and a written copy follows. Your pickup time arrives the day before.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Yes — the earliest date the form allows is tomorrow. Hoping to sail today? Send us a WhatsApp and we will check whether it can work.
In which language do you confirm the pickup?
English, German, Russian, Polish or Turkish. Choose the one you prefer in the booking form.
