Pirate Boat Side Hotel Pickup: Areas, Timing and the Day Before
Both pirate days start at your hotel, not at the harbour. Here is where we collect from, how your pickup time is sent, and what happens if your hotel sits outside the belt.

Both fares include the ride from your hotel and back for every area in the Side belt — Gündoğdu, Çolaklı, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Side, Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç, Kızılot and Manavgat town. We do not publish pickup times: yours comes on the eve of the trip, set for your hotel, by call or WhatsApp. Staying elsewhere? Send an enquiry first rather than booking blind.

The areas we collect from
The belt runs along the coast road, west to east, with Side in the middle. Manavgat town sits inland on the river rather than on the beach strip. Each of these areas has the transfer built into both fares.

We do not publish distances, drive times or the order in which hotels are collected; any figure would be a guess.
How the pickup time reaches you
Pickup times are set hotel by hotel, which is why none is printed on this site. The day before your trip, we send yours by phone or WhatsApp to the number you gave in the booking form, along with where exactly to wait at your hotel.
On the kids' pirate programme, the ship sails at 10:00 from the Side departure dock, and your pickup is timed so that you are there before it leaves. That 10:00 is the ship's time, not your hotel time. The pirate boat trip has no published departure time at all; it runs from morning to afternoon.
If the message has not arrived by the evening before, write to us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84. Do not guess a time and wait at reception — ask.
On the morning
- Be at the meeting point given in your message a little before the time, with the whole party ready — swimwear on or packed, towels, sun cream and hats.
- Bring the euros for the fare; it is paid on the day, not at booking.
- Have the phone you booked with switched on, in case we need to reach you.
- The vehicle is air-conditioned. On the pirate boat trip it is a short drive to the harbour; on the kids' programme it takes you to the Side departure dock.
Getting the area right in the form
The booking form asks for your area and then your hotel. Choose the area your hotel belongs to, not the nearest one you have heard of, and type the hotel name as it appears on your booking confirmation.
If your hotel does not appear in the list, pick the area and type the name in by hand. It is worth checking twice.
Staying outside the belt
If you are staying outside the areas above, choose "somewhere else" in the form, or message us first on WhatsApp (+90 536 603 75 84) with the hotel name and the date you want. That turns your request into an enquiry, and we reply with what is possible before anything is booked. We would rather tell you honestly than send a car to a hotel nobody planned for.
Either way the money side is unchanged: booking costs nothing, you pay in euros on the trip itself, and you can withdraw without charge until 48 hours beforehand. The prices page has every fare, and the booking guide walks through the form step by step.
