Holidays with several generations rarely fit into a single room. That does not mean several bookings. Enter the whole party — every adult, every child and any baby — on one reservation, choose your hotel once, and type the main room number in the room field. Use the notes box to add the others, for example "second room for the grandparents". The vehicle collects everyone from the same hotel.

Choose one person to be the contact. That phone receives the message with the pickup time, so it should belong to someone who will see it the evening before and pass it on to the rest of the family.

When the party is too big for one booking

A single booking takes up to 20 guests. Beyond that, write to us as an enquiry instead of splitting the group yourself; the big families and groups guide explains how. Two related families staying in different hotels in the area should each book under their own hotel, so that each is collected from the right door.

What the fares come to for a multi-room family

On the pirate boat trip, grandparents and parents count as adults at €20 each, and children aged 2 to 10 pay €14. On the kids' pirate programme, every one of them from 2 upwards pays €23, with no lower rate for the children. Babies under 2 are free on both. Nothing is added for the transfer from Kumköy.

Payment happens on the day, in euros, for the whole booking at once; there is no deposit and no card online. Decide to drop the trip 48 hours or more before the start and it costs you nothing.

In the lobby before collection

• Gather both rooms in the lobby together, so the driver is not kept waiting for half the family.
• The contact person keeps their phone on and charged.
• One bag of towels, sun cream and hats for everyone saves carrying several.
• Euros for the full party, counted in advance.

Picking the day

With grandparents along, the pirate boat trip's split fares can work in your favour, and the day stretches from morning to afternoon. The kids' programme has a fixed sailing at 10:00 and a busier programme of games and the foam party.
