Why a hotel might be missing

The list in our form is drawn from a hotel directory, and names do not always match. A hotel may trade under a new name, use a shortened one on its sign, or be a small apartment block that was never added. None of that stops a booking. What matters is that we know the building we are collecting from and the area it belongs to.

Try a couple of spellings first: with and without the word "hotel", or just the distinctive part of the name. If nothing comes up, switch to typing it by hand.

Filling in a hotel by hand

• Hotel name: copy it exactly from your accommodation confirmation.
• Area: Evrenseki — not a neighbouring area, even if the hotel sits close to the border between two.
• Room number: helpful if the driver needs to find you.
• Notes: anything that helps us identify the place, such as the street, or that it is an apartment rather than a hotel.

If your accommodation is not in Evrenseki or anywhere else in our belt, choose the option for somewhere else and send a request. We reply with what is possible instead of taking a booking we might not be able to keep.

Not sure which area you are in?

Ask the reception desk which village or district the hotel belongs to, or message us its name on WhatsApp first and we will reply with the right area. Evrenseki lies between Çolaklı on the west and Kumköy on the east, so a mistake usually means one of those two. Picking the right one matters, because the pickup is planned from the hotel and area you give.

The fares from Evrenseki

Being collected from here changes nothing in the price. The pirate boat trip is €20 for anyone from 11 and €14 for children aged 2 to 10. The kids' pirate programme is €23 for everyone from 2, parents included, and its ship sails at 10:00. Children under 2 go free on either day.

You owe nothing until the trip itself, when the fare is paid in euros; we never ask for a card. Should your plans change, cancelling at least 48 hours before the start is free.

On the morning, at the front desk

If you typed the hotel by hand, mention the trip to reception the evening before, so they can point the driver to you. Be ready at the spot named in the day-before message with swimwear on, towels and sun cream packed, your phone on and euros for everyone.
