Booking on your first night

Arriving late and wanting the children on a pirate ship the next day is understandable. The form allows it: any date from tomorrow can be chosen. What changes is the timing of everything that follows. The usual message with your collection time and meeting point comes the day before the trip — which, when you book late for tomorrow, is today. Look out for it that same evening.

If you would rather settle in first, book for the day after. You lose nothing by waiting a day, and the confirmation message arrives with more time to spare.

A phone that works in Türkiye

• Use a number you can actually receive messages on while abroad, with its country code.
• Tick the WhatsApp box if the number uses it; that is the easiest way for us to reach you.
• Choose the language you want the pickup confirmed in — English, German, Russian, Polish or Turkish.
• If your hotel's Wi-Fi is your only connection, say so in the notes, and stay in range the evening before.

Choosing your Çolaklı hotel in the form

Type the first letters of your hotel and select it from the suggestions; the area then fills itself in. If you cannot find it, enter the name yourself and set the area to Çolaklı. Do not choose a neighbouring area just because its name looks familiar — the driver plans the collection from the hotel you give.

What it costs from here

The transfer is in every fare, so Çolaklı guests pay what everyone pays. On the pirate boat trip: €20 per adult from 11, €14 per child aged 2 to 10. On the kids' pirate programme: €23 a head for all guests from 2, whatever their age, and the ship sails at 10:00. Under 2: free.

There is nothing to pay when booking — bring euros on the day. Cancel 48 hours or more before the start and nothing is owed.

Ready by the front desk

On a first morning, unpacked bags can slow you down, so lay out the essentials the night before: swimwear on, a towel each, hats, sun cream, a camera or phone, and the fare in euros.
