Whose details go where

• Full name: the person in the travelling party who will be the main contact on the day.
• Phone: a number that travels with the party and works abroad — not yours, if you are staying at home or elsewhere.
• Hotel and area: the Titreyengöl hotel they are staying in, picked from the list or typed in by hand.
• Room number: theirs, so they are easy to find at the hotel.
• Language for the pickup confirmation: whichever they read most easily — English, German, Russian, Polish or Turkish.

Grandparents with grandchildren

A day on the pirate ship can be a treat for grandparents to share with the children. Two points matter. First, on the pirate boat trip grandparents pay the adult fare of €20 and children aged 2 to 10 pay €14; on the kids' pirate programme every guest from 2 pays €23, grandparents included. Second, adults stay with the children on board — on the coast trip that is part of how the day works.

Telling them what to expect

Forward them the essentials so they are not surprised. A message with the collection time arrives the evening before the trip. They should be at the hotel spot it names with the whole group, carrying the fare in euros — nothing has been charged to anyone yet — plus swimwear, towels, hats and sun cream. Under 2 goes free. On the kids' day the ship sails at 10:00, and the pickup is arranged so they make it.

If their plans change

Because nothing is paid in advance, cancelling costs nothing if done at least 48 hours before the start. Either you or they can message us; give the booking name and the date. For more than 20 guests, send an enquiry rather than a booking.
