Side Pirate Boat for Big Families and Groups: How Booking Works
Three generations, two families sharing a villa, a birthday with cousins: pirate days suit a crowd. Here is how far one booking stretches, what happens beyond it, and how to keep the money and the pickups straight.
Short answer
One online booking takes up to 20 guests on either pirate day. For a larger party, send us an enquiry on WhatsApp (+90 536 603 75 84) with the date, the numbers by age and the hotels, and we will come back to you before anything is booked. Fares are per person — €20 and €14 on the pirate boat trip, €23 for everyone from 2 on the kids' programme — and are paid in euros on the day.
Up to 20 guests: book online
If your party is 20 people or fewer, the booking form handles it. Add every guest in the right age band — babies under 2 included, even though they ride free, so the crew know they are coming.
Put the booking in the name of one adult who will be on the trip and whose phone will be on. That is the number the day-before pickup message goes to, so choose the organiser rather than whoever happens to be holding the laptop.
Above 20: send an enquiry
A party bigger than 20 goes through WhatsApp as an enquiry instead. Send us:
- Which day you want — the pirate boat trip or the kids' programme — and the date.
- How many guests, split by age band.
- Every hotel the group is staying in, with its area.
- One contact name and phone number for the day.
We reply with what is possible before anything is fixed. Please do not split a large group into several online bookings to get round the limit — tell us the whole picture instead.
Working out a group's fares
Fares are per head, whether you are three or thirteen. If you are hoping for a group rate, ask us on WhatsApp before you book. To keep the arithmetic honest, write the bill in parts rather than as one total.
On the pirate boat trip, a party of six adults, three children aged 2 to 10 and one baby pays 6 × €20 plus 3 × €14; the baby is free. Anyone who has turned 11 counts as an adult.
On the kids' programme, the same party pays 9 × €23 — every guest from 2 pays the same — and the baby, under 2, is free.

Several hotels in one group
A big group may be spread across more than one hotel. Every area of the Side belt has the pickup included — the stretch running between Gündoğdu and Kızılot, plus Manavgat town inland — and each hotel gets its own time on the eve of the trip.
If your group is in different hotels, say so clearly: book with the organiser's hotel, then send us the other hotels and areas on WhatsApp, or make the whole request on WhatsApp from the start. The hotel pickup page explains how timing works.
Paying and cancelling as a group
No one pays anything when the booking is made. The fares are settled in euros on the day, so agree among yourselves beforehand who is carrying the cash for whom.
If some of the group drop out, tell us as soon as you know. Free cancellation runs until 48 hours before the trip — use it for the people who are not coming rather than letting seats stand empty.
